STIPENDS FOR STUDENTS WITH GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP


1.



New students with government scholarship who register on date shall collect stipend monthly from the day of registration. Those who register before/on the 15th of the first month may receive the full stipend of that month; those who register after the 15th will only receive half of the stipend of the first month.

Students with government scholarship who have completed their courses, and who have suspended their schooling or quitted school will only receive stipend of the month when they leave.

3.

 

Students with government scholarship who leave School on BNU vacations will still receive stipends for the period of vacations. Those who exceed the time limits and do not come back without permission of BNU will not receive stipends for the exceeded periods.
4. Students who leave the university without permission will not receive stipends.
5.

The following students with government scholarship will not enjoy allowances in the collective trip during vacations:
a)

1)

Those who fail the exams and need to prepare for make-ups during vacations;
 

2)

Those who have received disciplinary warning or more serious penalties in the academic year.

The following students with government scholarship will be deprived of part or all of the stipends:

Those who fail to go up to a higher grade will be deprived of all stipends. If they pass the examinations and be able to go up to a higher grade one year later, they can apply for resumption of the stipends.
  2)

Those who suspend schooling because of illness will not receive stipends during the suspension. When they recover and resume their study, they still enjoy stipends.

7.

The following students with government scholarship will be deprived of their qualification of scholarship:

Those who do not meet the standard of health in the physical examination after they have arrived in China;
  2)
Those who are not able to continue their study in BNU because of illness;
  3)

Those who are compelled to quit school or expelled from school for violating Chinese laws BNU regulations.
  4)

Those who are not suitable to continue their study in China according to the regulations of administration of status of being students.
